At present we produce approximately 1.000 hydraulic breakers per year and in recent years have seen a steady rise in sales gaining new market shares. We regularly export the 50% of our production to 15 countries...

In 1986 we have got the idea
of designing and manufacturing
machines for primary demolition and therefore we began the
study of the project of our first hydraulic breaker for
mini-excavators.
In 1988 we set up "Demoter Srl"
company that started marketing the "DM85" Demoter hydraulic
breaker, -first example of a long series of hammer ranges.


In 1994 we launched the first range of hydraulic breakers
working through a Nitrogen gas energy recuperation system.
The great satisfaction of our customers and the hig reliability of our machines convinced us that the technology we had developed up to that time, was the right one and well established during the years.


2001: the year of the great innovation! The new "S-series"
of breakers, is the result of many years of experience as
manufacturers of hydraulic breakers with energy recuperation system.
The special monobloc body design and the very low noise
emissions levels, make this breaker definitely innovatory.


2009 year model is equipped with a new "CPS" valve that allows the hammer to work with much higher counter pressure. With new case, the level of noisiness has been reduced. The visibility thanks to the new rounded shape still turns out improved.
Renewal of our range, today sees the introduction of three new ones demolishers: S400, S550 and S800.


The Hardox case has been modified in order to improve protection of the internal mechanisms, introduces moreover reinforced weldings. New devices anti powder have been added to the hydraulic rotation. New heat treatments in the usury zones and better protection of the inner pipe lines. A new acceleration valve, allowed to lower open-closing cycle time of the arm come down to the incredible time of 4 seconds!

The special monobloc manufacture, confer to the steel frame a high resistance at the effort of leverage
so frequent during work. The hammer is built from a single piece without tie-rod, so removing a very
common problem in conventional hammer.

To avoid that working the failed blows reverberating on the structure, it was conceived a special hydraulic
brake that reduce the power out of 60 % when the point is not on the material to demolish.
It is unchannged the possibilityto pull down little protuberances from the wall with full power.

Our breakers work utilizing inertial n2 energy recuperation system. The Nitrogen gas operating system
give to the hammer a lot of power and reduces solicitations to the excavator hinged arm.

In the past, the breakers with n2 energy recuperation system, needed frequent recharge.
With our new S series, using special gas ring on floating bearing, we increasing out of 300 % the n2 life
charge.

Our breaker, with monobloc body in association with shut framewerk and sound absorbent material
insertion,has permitted to reach sound emissions level very low. In heavy condition, the cooling is
guaranteed by internal labyrinth with thermosiphon effect.

The S series is designed to withstand extremely high counter-pressure and widesetting range of the oil
flow in order to facilitate the installation.

Series S hammers, with their particular tapered shape, guarantee a very good visual during work and
allow to operate very close to the walls.

The entire structure is made on steel with high abrasion resistance (Hardox 400).

The mono piston construction allows to obtain very high speed in open-close cycle.

Usually, single piston crushers, during closing phase get an excessive lateral overall dimensions. Our HC
crushers, are angled designed to reduce their dimensions at minimum in this phase. Furthermore angled
arms allows to the operator a perfect visibility.

HC crushers are available as optional, with an electric commutation hydraulic rotation. A simple key
allows to operate the opening / closing of the arms or the rotation with the same foot pedal of the oil
auxiliary plant.

HC crushers have an exceptional working opening. As well the "little" HC300 can crush a 400 x 400 pillar.

Installing the pressure multiplier (POWER SYSTEM) available on option, the crushers HC gives off an
incredible strength. One of the most powerful crushers on the market!

On demand, it's possible to fit secondary demolition pulverizers.

Each HC model, is predisposed to fit as well as before the purchase, of the pressure multiplier, or the
hydraulic rotation, or secondary demolition pulverizers.
