The 2008 edition of TUBE exhibition will be held from Monday 31thMarch up to Friday 4th April once again in Messe Düsseldorf, Germany.

• In the cutting field: MCL 120 CUTTING SYSTEM. After 60 year experience in tube cutting, Pedrazzoli summarises its know-how in a completely integrated cutting system which allows one to pass directly from bars entering the system to an ordered pallet in exit, ready to be placed in stock or shipped. It is formed by an automatic cutting line with deburring machine, stacking unit, tube end-working machine, automatic washing and drying system, laser measuring checking and marking, multi-layer palletizer. Each machine is equipped with a control panel to intervene in case of emergency, but with the supervision of a central PC involved in process management collection data. Thanks to the wide range of cutting solutions offered by our company, the system can offer a high rate of modular structure, so allowing each customer can find the working possibility according his requirements.

• In the bending field: the new BEND MASTER 45 MRV IMS and the new BM 76 EB, both fully electric. The new BEND MASTER 45 MRV IMS represents the first example of the new generation of Pedrazzoli tube benders including all the most required features such as no manual adjustment of tooling, fixed bend die, multiradius bending, variable radius bending, clockwise and counter-clockwise bending. It stands out thanks to the innovative design, it particularly compact bending head (which in turn means greater flexibility) , high cycle speed and its large bending capacity (up to max ø 45 x 3).
The BM 76 EB is the integration of Pedrazzoli bending range with Eurobend tube benders: this is the direct consequence of recent buyout of English company by Pedrazzoli Group. This machine has maximum capacity of 3”, high working speed (4-5 sec/bend) and a fully electric operation: it has been specifically designed for automotive industry (silencers, exhaust pipes, …) where high speed, precision and high repeatability are essential.

• In the end forming field: the new STERN 25, programmable and fully electric end working machine.
