“Dneprmetallurgobespechenie” Ltd. (“DMO” Ltd.) is successfully working for more than 7 years on CIS markets as well as on foreign countries markets. It is proved by its membership in International Tube Association and in International Chamber of Commerce. “DMO” is the participant of the “Russia-Ukraine Nuclear Heat-only Station” together with such companies as “Prometej” and “Atom-Industry” JSC.
The main activity of the company is manufacturing and supplying of seamless cold deformed thin-walled and especially thin-walled tubes of corrosion-resistant and heat-resistant steel grades and Ti- and Ni-based alloys. The great attention is devoted to the fulfillment of the orders for special purpose tube production for energetic engineering industry, aviation and space system engineering, chemical and atomic power engineering (for example, for Zaporozhije Nuclear Heat-only Station, “Turboatom” JSC and others). The products are manufactured according to the national (GOST 9941-81, GOST 10498-82, GOST 14162-79, TU 14-3-290-74, ТU 14-3-769-78, ТU 14-3-197р-2001 etc.) and international standards (ASTM, DIN).
The “DMO” Ltd. is the owner of Nikopol Thin-Walled Tube Plant, which possesses front-rank technology on making of stainless steel tubes and pipes.
Our enterprise long time co-operates with Pilot Plant of National Enterprise “Osada’s Scientific Research Tube Institute” and is its main production partner.
System of Quality Management is certificated by a state organ of the certification «UKRSEPRO».
“DMO” takes an active part in new scientific developments, which promote the optimization of production and time costs; it is engaged in the process of harmonization of domestic and foreign standards; it takes part in the development of new technical conditions (for example, Technical conditions for production of condenser tubes of low carbon content steel grade 316L for atomic power engineering). The technology of hot- and cold deformed tubes of Ti-based alloy BT1-0 produced from cast billet by electron-beam method has been developed and tested.
The whole activity of the company is directed for strengthening of industrial potential of Ukraine, for increasing of its rating on the international tube and pipe market, for decreasing of import and increasing of the volume of export deliveries of Ukraine.
