G.A.M.M.A. 3 arises from a forty-year experience and the dedication to work of a whole family as it’s the costum in Cantù, in the heart of the industrious “Brianza”.
Thanks to the acquired experience we decided subsequently the passage to the activity of the tubes’ deformation and began with the conical tubes’ process.
The passion for these new workings, satisfactions we obtained and the competence we acquired in the meantime, allow us to invest in new machinery and in a rich stock of moulds for conical tubes that nowadays let us offer the most varied measures of conical tubes both in diameters and lengths to our customers.

The conical tubes’ process
By this time we are a point of reference in the production of conical tubes. We have thousand possibilities regarding to the dimensions of production as for lengths and diameters.
The diameter goes from zero to 80 millimeters. Lengths can go from a few millimeters to 5.000 millimeters. The tubes can be carried out round, square, oval and made of different materials such as iron, brass, aluminium, copper and inox. We can associate other workings to the conical tubes’ process. For example: hole, thread, facing, turning, welding, crushing, grinding and also the insertion of pressure compasses.

Bending tubes
We are specialized in bending conical and straight tubes to variable radius with an exclusive design. They are products which are mainly applied to firms that produce inner and external furnishing, office equipment, inner and external lighting, handles, metallic details for the furniture of the living-room, nautical, building and motor sectoors.
After some time, we continue to manipulate the tube and began also to taper and to draw it. These workings are complementary to the conical tubes’ process for certain reasons. Indeed both the workings are required sometimes on the same detail.

Tapering tubes
This working allows to enlarge, to make convex and to reduce tubes until maximum diameter of 120 millimeters. These tubes can be used in the building sector, the carpentry, the hydraulics, for motorcycles, bicycles and also furniture and lighting.Now we are also able to close the tube to a semisphere. This working is required in particular for heaters of new generation which are a masterpiece of architecture.

Closing tubes
The tube is rolled in order to obtain one closing to the tip. This product is generally used for the furniture, the carpentry, the hydraulics and the heating.
For a year we have also started the decoration of the tube which can be self-made or with the coupling of other deformations for the same product.
Thus we created the bed made in iron with conical and bent details in the modern style, but with decorations and engravings which remember classic style and the past times.
Another example is the table whose top is made of finely processed crystal and with a base supported by solid, conical and bent legs made of metal.

The decoration of tubes
We make some engravings on the tube that create decorations, cavities, swellings and reliefs. The working can be linked together to all the previous ones and gives a particular and exclusive refinement to the finished product.
